Meet Amy Butler, formerly of Stags Leap, and now winemaker for Edward Sellers. She crafts artisan Rhone styled wines in Paso Robles. Many are already sold out. If you are curious watch the short video here:

The lab wants your bottle biz. We have great value BBQ wines from small producers.
Consider these wines for your weekend:

Vina Robles Red 4 - $13 - Petite Sirah blend - round & supple with a silky medium body of ripe blackberries and cherries with cocoa and minerals. Great value for the money.

Crios Rose of Malbec - $11 - beat the heat with this delicious and light, dry, wine. Martin recommended this wine to me and he was right on target.

Chardonnay's for both camps: Byron Santa Maria Vly. - $22.99 - has beautiful oak and Wine Spectator gave it 93 pts!
Villa Maria Private Bin - $14.99 - has no oak and is crisp and clean.

Crazy Sunglass Contest

As we move through spring, the sunsets are getting gorgeous at the wine bar. But for about 20 minutes the sun pours in and sunglasses are needed. We will have a basket of sunglasses available for customers to don when needed. A free wine flight will go to the person who contributes the craziest sunglasses to the basket!

Wine Flights are 5 or 6 selected wines. Wines by the glass or half glass and beer offered as well. Artisanal cheese available to accompany your tasting.

There are two dedicated spots outside of the entry gate - no need for validation. If those spots are filled, enter the garage and park in any visitor spot and we will validate your ticket. If someone is collecting a parking fee - tell them you are going to the wine lab.
