This Week: Discover Spanish Wine + Bogle Phantom Materializes + Cab Tasting
Wednesday will be an edutainment night featuring great value Spanish wine and mucho info from guest Patton Penhallegon. $15 for a flight of 6 wines and cheese samples. These wines are a phenomenal value. We will also pour these Spanish beauties on Thursday.
Friday - Sunday: Taste New Cabernet Sauvignons and Bogle Phantom
Bogle Phantom 2005 will be in Thursday and for those of you who like easy drinking bold wines (think Orin Swift The Prisoner), you must taste this wine. Bogle releases this old vine blend of petite sirah, zinfandel and mourvèdre at the beginning of each fall and it usually sells out in a month. Why they price it so low (half the cost of The Prisoner) is a mystery.
The cabs will include small production and amazing bargains I've discovered over the last few weeks. Some will be included in the Insider Club releases for September.
Make sure you enter the Lab's first drawing -- prizes given away every month starting this month. The grand prize will be a wonderful weekend in Paso Robles. You must fill out an entry form (download the flier here) and drop it into the entry box at the Lab.

There are two dedicated spots outside of the entry gate - no need for validation. If those spots are filled, enter the garage and park in any visitor spot and we will validate your ticket. If someone is collecting a parking fee - tell them you are going to the Wine Lab and take a ticket.
